 Code of Conduct, or code of Work.

The system that the Republic of Albania had, have and will have in this decennial.

In the social systems, work is a base of surviving and the way of living, now days work, literally it is more then just a social need or  a luxury of persistence of what to expend them and what to do.
In the recent decennial things have changed into the best way for the job takers, it has been shown the well managed systems that gives more production is, how to make it the best way for production and the social to get along together, without losing the intuition of earning more.

In the recent years Europe have developed the integration system of Job Market. Some for the best, some for the worst, the between of the balance have reached certain standards which make it more comfortable for the Social life of the job Taker's.(Employee). As Europe have developed the best way how to make productivity go along with the benefits of both sides, Albania have stagnated into a labyrinth of bureaucracy of the Administration Ignorance and Stubbornest of the Public Administration.
The legislation of each of everyone European Countries have developed into a different and open direction, some into best and more advanced and some into the stagnation even worst. The Problem of this ideal situation is the so called. No Co-operational situation between Nations thru each other. And so it is the case of the Balkan Peninsula.


Corruption into this Area it is a subject and decisive Factor that have gained power and stagnation of this piece of the European Continent. In the recent try of investing into this countries have developed a wrong and Negative Insinuation of Investments and Necessity of working for their Countries needs and do's.

As the rest of the Balkan Countries have tried recently hard to do best into their Job Market and Investments into their Job Craft Workers, Albania has Stopped the Developing Program of what it should have been.
A beacon of Integration into the best way to the European Union.
What it´s just happening into this country, why all things have turned down and loose the Glint of that Integration Spirit. There are many Factors that all together mean a lot to this country, and the main point of reference are THE Politician's. A vast Wave of Corruption and the necessity of a Strong Juridical System which is not Corrupted by the Politician´s Power to act against the State of  Low, have emerged largely into a desperation of life circle. It´s not clear why things are not shown or better said demanded from the European Union as they Invest and make large budget's for each of the Balkan Countries. Albania has it's own bid of this largely Budgets, but not the will or the Sufficiency of Understanding how to ask for the Funds the Union pay's for the Integration of the new European members which are the Balkan Countries.?

Even the most Problematic Countries like Serbia with their War Situations and a large criminality into the range of Politicians, they have managed the way of sucking the investments from the fund of the EU but not only, also the Outside members of the EU.
So why is Albania sacking down, what made this country and it's politicians to step down and even ruin the Little Road they have build together with the help of the donation's and the investors. To understand  the Countries Structure and the Psychological way of thinking, a strong necessity and a hard line of demands from the EU which the Country have Determined it self to follow and a Radical way of thinking.

How to help Albania to make the radical change once and for all.?
Other then fighting for the Chairs and their needs the politicians have to change the way of thinking, the Legislation into the Job marked for the job seekers and the Consumption have to Change, a large Hard Laws that Specifically and Demanding to the Directive of the Government
A vast wave of law that are combined with the EU legislation and the support from the EU with staff and so. Qualification it is a necessity that needs to be made from the EU it self. With no chance of interfering from the Government and the Politicians that tent to Corrupt the Administration and it's Employees, a law of  protection it is a must to be implemented  right away. It is necessary for the Country to lead up and prosper for it´s Inhabitants.

In the code of work, here the country have a low security and leads to corruption and vast wave of Firing people with no reason, and the abusing of the cheap labor.  As the Neighbor countries like Greece and Italy have moved their businesses into the country, in the beginning things looked well to a positive developing, but then came the hard line of mas abusive of the labor, such the time, the payment, hard work for low penny and psychologically hard work. In now days all companies in the country operating, it is against any code of work or code of human rights. The problem is persistent and the politicians seems to be OK with it.

It´s understandable that poor Countries have always difficulties to do things as they´re told, Reason we all know. Lack of Greedy mind and never ending wish to have more for it self then give also to others.

Republic of Albania it´s still a Communist Country, but in this 25 years of let´s call it Democracy nothing have change, better ay it have gone worst for everyone, Equality have broken down and it looks like a Capitalist Country with no benefits for it´s citizens and looks like the American Style, only the Strong can survive. A lot of Money come into the County´s Citizen that have migrated to Europe and the rest of World, the so called "Remittances" it has long time been a indication for the politicians to lie about the Income and the and the Production and the exchange the country makes during the past years and now days. The Politicians in this country still think like in the Dictators time, here Companies that have moved their Businesses do not register their companies here, but they work on some other non interesting companies that do not pay much taxes and do not have the funds to pay for the insurances and all those things Other Countries have. Here under the name and the Registration Number of one company that is local a black hole it is open willingly or not just because of this kind of situation, and the leaders of this Country are aware of it, but because of the connection of some bigger companies  is to strong and corruption is leading everything into this God Forsaken Country.

Here you find different things different Politicians that have declared they are poor, but they wear Gucci , Armani, Dolce Gabbana, ETC... And none is asking them where do they found this expensive Clothes and how do they pay for the larger number of appartments and lands around the country and along the Sea side.

Albanians, a hard working nation. Humble and very open minded yet conservative when it comes to diversity and family issues they work hard, they thing always positively for their life even when things look darker, even when everything looks like nothing is going to work, even when the judge get caught in a corruption case, even when the Employer have always right and the Jobseeker is wrong and have to pay everything for the Businessman. Also when the Politicians are always right or when they ask for money for a Position into the States Administration. Yes Albanians are so humble and do not do anything to change that. Reason?! Because none will hear, none will help them. It is to expensive to raise a case against the Mafia Bosses that have became the Godfathers of this Country, and yet Albanians do not trust none except the Foreigners, yes those Ambassadors of their respective countries those who speak always the Peoples Case in certain cases of course, but not for granted. Yes  the Ambassadors always are there to eager to tell that in democracy things work like this and that you have to vote because it is your right, and because your right must be used for the sake of Democracy. 

When Politicians campaign and the promises from their mouth in time of Election rules around the Country, Albanians are like Ships the trust everything a Politician says, even the Ambassador Of USA did travel around by saying  that it´s a democratic right to vote and to be heard thru the Electors voice. What a Hypocritical Bull Shit. 

In god w trust, but Leaders that think just for them selfs, and that force their own People to do things they don't wanna do. Well, welcome to the Communist Republic of Albania, that has a Caribbean Sea Side, and Swiss Mountains, and Rivers like those of the Amazons. Here Corruption is Law, here the foreigners are always welcome, even though this means that they can abuse on you on your right and all things you stand for. Here there is no Social Life there is just abuse of those who are week.

Code of Work, what an cliche word.It´s just written in a piece of paper but no Implementation is seen in the Field. Even though the promises of Leaders of this Country are so huge and so Promising even an Emperor would envy them, here Albanians the old Europeans are getting Distinct and that word it´s as better as dead. Here are no rules, here not even syndicates to protect the workers Life and savings, or they living bread. Communism, was in it´s glory time better then this System. Democracy sound more like Kleptocracy. People are fed up with this word DEMOCRACY people do not see where the work is where to survive where to find a job for living. Here 

Law´s ar Beautiful to read, but no Implementation here from the Authorities side.

In the book of Law´s in the Country, things look different, there are laws that show more then advanced countries have. Even the Social Network seem similar to the Danish Social Welfare System. but the truth is something else, the truth hurts. the standard is way to far to be true.

25-v Years of Democracy,? Rumania have done a lot in this years and have improved many things, Serbia the Problematic Country of this Area seems to go fare with their Reforms and their love for their Country, their code of Work is way to better implemented.
